Meet the founder

Tamara, founder of Alchemy Yoga & Wellness, offers a refined, alignment-driven approach to movement that balances strength, accessibility, and mindful pacing.

Tamara began her personal practice in 2013 and has been teaching yoga since 2017. Tamara is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT 500, E-RYT 200, and YACEP reflecting her advanced training, extensive teaching experience, and ongoing commitment to continuing education. With over 1,200 hours of experience guiding students through practices known for their clarity, intentional pacing, and emphasis on safe, functional alignment. Her teaching style is grounded yet empowering — balancing strength and challenge with accessibility, precise cueing, and meaningful modifications, so students of varying levels feel supported, confident, and present in their bodies. Over time, her work revealed a deeper calling: to create a space where movement, recovery, and wellness coexist seamlessly. Created alongside her husband, Alchemy was born from that vision—an elevated, welcoming environment designed to help the community slow down, reconnect with the subtle body, and cultivate sustainable well-being.
